Thomas D. Kenny of Kenny, Burns & McGill represented three clients charged with POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER CS13A30, RICO CC0911, CONSPIRACY CC0903, DEALING IN PROCEEDS CC5111, USE OF A COMMUNICATION FACILITY CC7512, AND POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE CS13A16. Clients one and two were facing 20 million dollar bails each. Attorney Kenny got bail reduced to 500k a piece. On the third client who was facing one million dollar bail, Attorney Kenny got bail reduced to 250k (ten percent). The commonwealth also agreed to remove the Nebbia order against the third client. Good results all around.
