AMENDED STANDING ORDER
In assessing the challenges of administrating the bankruptcy system during the coronavirus (“COVID-19”) pandemic, the Court notes that all nine counties within the jurisdiction of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania continue to be subject to the Stay-At-Home Order of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Since nothing substantively has changed with respect to the factors which helped inform the Court in entering the initial ORDER of March 18, 2020,
It is hereby ORDERED that:

Any deadline in any case in this Court under

Fed. R. Bankr. P. 4004 (a) and (b);

Fed. R. Bankr. P. 4007(c); and

Fed. R. Bankr. P. 1017(e);

This extension is without prejudice to the rights of any party to seek further extension and is subject to revision as future conditions may warrant.
