Criminal charges of Unlawful Restraint thrown out

Client was facing charges for allegedly assaulting another boy who was bullying her son. Bullying is never right. Client was facing the following charges: Unlawful restraint (F2) 18 Pa. C.S. § 2902, Simple assault (M1) 18 Pa. C.S. § 2701, Terroristic Threats (M1) 18 Pa. C.S. § 2706, Recklessly Endangering Another Person (M2) 18 Pa. C.S. § 2705, and finally Disorderly Conduct-Fighting (S) 18 Pa. C.S. 5301 (a).
