Dana Coyne, a skilled personal injury and litigation attorney and Bucks County native with more than 10 years of experience as a legal practitioner, has joined Kenny, Burns & McGill as the firm’s newest associate.
Ms. Coyne’s extensive experience includes managing full a personal injury caseload; filing and arguing numerous pleadings throughout Pennsylvania courts at the state and federal levels; and taking on complex cases which few law firms are able to handle, such as real estate litigation cases involving construction defects and failures to disclose defects in residential properties.
“Dana is an outstanding addition to our firm,” said Eileen Burns, vice-president of Kenny, Burns & McGill and head of the firm’s civil litigation division. “Dana’s powerful advocacy in the courtroom and her ability to instantly see all sides of an issue make her a first-rate attorney and a great resource for our clients.”
Dana Coyne is well-regarded in the legal field for her integral role in commercial lawsuits and real estate lawsuits throughout Pennsylvania. Ms. Coyne recently and successfully co-chaired a five-day trial before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, defending sellers of residential real estate against whom Plaintiffs alleged failures to disclose defects pursuant to the Pennsylvania Real Estate Seller Disclosure Law. She was victorious in that trial, returning an excellent result for her clients.
Kenny, Burns & McGill is thrilled to welcome Dana Coyne. Kenny, Burns & McGill’s civil division provides comprehensive legal representation for plaintiffs and defendants in real estate litigation, personal injury lawsuits, and commercial disputes throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Some of the firm’s most recent wins include reopening a $4.2 million judgment previously entered against a client in federal court and settling a Philadelphia slip and fall case for almost $300,000.
