11 months net sentence for 5.5 kilos of heroin/fentanyl, great result. Client was charged with multiple offenses from an alleged manufacturing operation in Warminster, Bucks County charges included Corrupt organizations (RICO), Conspiracy and Possession with Intent to Deliver. Over 5.5 kilos of controlled substances which could be broken down to over 800,000 individual doses.

Trash sweeps are generally constitutional under Pennsylvania and Federal Law. This means citizens have no expectation of privacy in their trash. See below article:

Watch what you put in your trash!

Facing an uphill battle and looking at over 100 hundred years, if convicted, client hired Thomas D. Kenny of Kenny, Burns & McGill who was able to convince the Judge to give his client only 34 months on an open plea with credit for time served. In addition, client was found to be RRRI eligible which means that he will effectively serve 11 additional months on a huge drug case. Wonderful result with a very happy family.
