Client was ripped off by her former CPA (Certified Public Accountant) who betrayed her trust by using her credit card to make unauthorized purchases. Client hired Kenny, Burns, & McGill to fight back. Attorney Eileen Burns sued the defendant for the following claims: Conversion, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Fraud, and Unjust Enrichment. The matter was held at the Court- Common Pleas Arbitration Center 1880 JFK Blvd, Philly. Attorney Burns successfully argued the facts to the panel after which they awarded the client fifty-thousand dollars. Very happy client.
