Board of License and Inspection WIN

Board of License and Inspection Review WIN for Kenny, Burns & McGill. Client who was a professional residing in Philadelphia County who possessed a license to carry to a firearm had his permit application denied for failing to report a criminal offense. Client had a previous domestic charge for an alleged assault on a paramour in Delaware county.
