Civil lawyer Eileen Burns recently obtained the granting of civil judgment to be opened. Attorney Burns tirelessly advocated on behalf of our client, who had a civil judgment entered against him, in Philadelphia City Hall. Our client, a contractor and real estate developer, was not properly served the judgment paperwork as required by law and the court allowed Attorney Burns to file objections to the complaint, asking for the case to be dismissed. Results are pending.
