Emergency Motion for Travel Granted

2019/03/22 Client was hoping to visit his daughter in another state who was graduating from boot camp in the Army but was not given permission by his probation officer. Client hires Thomas Kenny of Kenny, Burns, & McGill to represent him. Attorney Kenny filed an immediate motion at the Juanita Kidd Stout Center for Criminal Justice located in Philadelphia. Said motion was granted before the sitting Emergency Judge after attorney Kenny presented information to the court.
Client was a SORNA registrant on charges of Simple Assault Title 18 § 2701 §§ A1 Indecent Assault by forcible compulsion 18 § 3126 §§ A2; and Terroristic Threats 18 § 2706 §§ A1
