Goodbye gun and drug charges

Goodbye gun and drug charges. Client was involved in a car stop where the Philly police stop and him and search his car. They recover drugs and a gun. They arrest him for multiple charges including possession of a firearm by a felon; carrying a firearm without a license; carrying a firearm on the streets of Philadelphia; possession of an instrument of crime with intent; and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

Worse yet client has a probation detainer lodged against him and he goes straight to jail from the police station. Client is in a precarious position.

Client hires Philadelphia Criminal Lawyer Thomas Kenny and his team at Kenny, Burns & McGill to fight his legal troubles. Attorney Kenny enters his appearance and begins the fight.

Attorney Kenny informs the Court of his intention to litigate a motion to suppress based on the recent case law from the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

After much hard work and investigation, the prosecution agrees with Kenny’s position and withdraws all charges since the stop was effectuated without probable cause or without a warrant. Gun lawyer Kenny gets a great outcome for a client and they go home. If you are facing legal trouble call or text our team 24/7 at (215) 423-5500. Goodbye gun and drug charges.
