Client was facing gun charges including VUFA 18 CC 6106 (firearms not to be carried without a license) and VUFA 18 CC 6108 (possessing firearms on the street of Philadelphia) at the Juanita Kidd Stout Center for Criminal Justice in Philly. Client was given a bail of 100,000 dollars following his bail hearing, primarily because client was on supervision for another gun case. Client hires Attorney Thomas D. Kenny, of Kenny, Burns & McGill. After a bail motion in front of Municipal Court, Attorney Kenny was able to get client’s bail reduced to 35,000 (10%).
