Bail reinstated. A bench warrant was issued for client’s arrest in Montgomery County: Court of Common Pleas located at 2 E. Airy Street, Norristown, PA 19401.
Client was facing 2 Counts of Forgery Title 18 of the Crimes Code Section 4101 (A1) M1; 4 Counts of Theft by Deception False Impression Title 18 of the Crimes Code Section 3922 (A1) F3; 4 Counts Fraudulent Insurance Claim Title 18 of the Crimes Code Section 4117 (A2) F3; and 9 Counts of Title 18 of the Crimes Code Tampering with Records 4101 (A) M1.
Client hired Thomas Kenny of Kenny, Burns & McGill to help defend her in this action. Attorney Kenny was able to successfully argue that not only client’s bench warrant would be lifted but client’s original bail would be reinstated not causing an economic hardship on client. Bail reinstated.
