Yesterday, Attorney Kenny showed up in the Media Courthouse, Delaware County where his client was arrested over the weekend on a Bench Warrant for failing to appear on a criminal matter. The client was charged with multiple counts of identity theft, access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property.
The client had failed to appear since August of 2019, almost a year before covid. After explaining the clients challenges to the Honorable Court, the bench warrant was lifted and new unsecured bail was issued for Kenny’s client and she was allowed to leave George C. Hill Correctional Facility later on that day…
Meanwhile, last week in Philadelphia, client was facing a gagnon 2 hearing with a Judge to determine if he was in violation of his probation for non reporting for over a year and a half. Same problem as the bench warrant, this client absconded from supervision before covid struck.
