Charges of Aggravated Assault Discharged Philly

Client was facing a lead charge of Felony Aggravated Assault 18 CC 2702 along with various misdemeanor charges in Philadelphia’s Juanita Kidd Stout Center for Criminal Justice. Case occurred in a fast food chain on a Late Friday night where the complainant suffered a broken jaw and a scar on his face. Client hired Attorney Thomas D. Kenny of Kenny, Burns & McGill.
