Aggravated Assault Gun charges dismissed

Aggravated Assault gun charges dismissed. This post is about two separate clients and their great case results. First a client is arrested on the streets of Philadelphia carrying an unloaded firearm. Second a client is charged with an Aggravated Assault charge graded as a Felony First degree and related misdemeanor charges. The assault charges stemmed from a domestic assault inside a residence.

Both clients had one thing in common. They hired the legal team at Kenny, Burns, & McGill to help them! Jumping right the lawyers at Kenny, Burns & McGill did extensive background investigations and caselaw research on the matters.

For the gun case, it turned out that Pennsylvania Supreme Court had recently decided a case that was right on point which suppressed the evidence!

For the domestic assault charges it appeared that the client was in fact defending himself in his own home from a house guest who went to far a clear case of self-defense.

Armed with the law and the facts, Criminal Defense Lawyer Eileen T. Burns, a partner at KBM, went into Court at the Juanita Kidd Stout Center for Criminal Justice in Philly and was able to successfully have all charges dismissed for both clients! A wonderful result for the clients!

Attorney Burns is a seasoned trial attorney with twenty-four years of trial experience fighting big insurance companies and taking down big companies who prey on the consumer and the little guy alike. Using these remarkable talents, Ms. Burns has been seen more recently fighting for the rights of those accused of crimes.
