Burglary gun discharged

Burglary gun discharged. Client was notified by the police that he was wanted for burglary and gun charges related to an alleged incident with a family member over a social media post. To further complicate things, client was on state parole and an arrest would likely cause a detainer to be dropped and client to go to jail. Client had been doing well on parole getting a steady job and expecting a baby with his fiance. Through a referral, client came to hire Philadelphia Criminal Lawyer Thomas D. The charges were very serious: Burglary, Criminal Trespass, VUFA prior convict, VUFA carrying a firearm without a license, VUFA carrying a firearm on the streets of Philadelphia, Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, and Recklessly Endangering another person. Bail was set for 200k. As predicted a state parole detainer was dropped and client had to go into jail.
