Car Accident Settles for $100,000

One of our clients was driving with his family in Reading, Pennsylvania when he suffered a terrible car accident. A car coming toward him crossed over the solid line, smashing into our client’s car and causing him to careen into a tree. Our client suffered a sprained back, loss of consciousness, spinal stenosis, and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

After becoming dissatisfied with his previous attorneys, our client hired attorney Eileen Burns, here at Kenny, Burns & McGill. Attorney Burns wasted no time in working with multiple experts to obtain the best possible result for our client. After many intense hours of work, Attorney Burns was able to force the insurance company to pay our their entire $100,000 policy to our client. Justice has been served and another client walks away happy!

If you, a friend, or a loved one have suffered a car accident, slip and fall, assault, or any other personal injury, contact Kenny, Burns & McGill immediately for a free consultation and to find out how we can help. Our years of experience in civil litigation allow us to fight back against the insurance companies and get justice for our clients.
