Criminal Charges Dismissed Today In Philadelphia

Client was facing multiple criminal charges stemming from an alleged robbery and assault to his wife. Client hired Thomas Kenny, of KBM to represent him as his criminal defense lawyer. Attorney Kenny represented client throughout the entire process. After Attorney Kenny repped the client and secured bail where client was able to go home, later Kenny was able to get the lead charge of Robbery dismissed after a preliminary hearing. The matter was scheduled for trial at the Juanita Kidd Stout Center for Criminal Justice at 1301 Filbert Street, Phila PA for July 22, 2019. The results are as follows:

The charges of 18 Pa. C.S.A. § 3701 (F) Robbery was already dismissed at a previous hearing. The charges of 18 Pa. C.S.A. § 3921 (M2) Theft, 18 Pa. C.S.A. § 3925 Receiving stolen property (M2), 18 Pa. C.S.A. § 2706 (M1) Terroristic Threats, 18 Pa. C.S.A. § 2701 (M2) Simple Assault, 18 Pa. C.S.A. § 2705 (M2) Recklessly Endangering Another Person were all discharged today by the court.

Client was very happy he was allowed to leave the courthouse without a criminal record.
