Criminal Defense Clients Released Within Hours in Philadelphia

At 2 o’clock this morning, Attorney Tom Kenny got a call from two people who had just been arrested. He appeared at their arraignment at the Philadelphia Criminal Justice Center within hours–on a Saturday–to advocate on their behalf.

Mr. Kenny was able to convince the court to release both clients on “Release on Recognizance” (ROR) bail. This means that both clients were able to go home the very same day, without paying any cash bail. Needless to say, the clients and their families were quite pleased.
