Criminal Law update: DUI, gun charges dismissed

Philadelphia results:

Client was facing charges of Firearms not to be carried without a license, a felony of the third degree; carrying a firearm in a public place in Philadelphia, a misdemeanor of the first degree among other charges. Bucks County results:
