Detainer Lifted and Probation to Continue

Philadelphia criminal defense lawyer, Thomas Kenny, represented our client today in the Criminal Justice Center in Philadelphia. Our client was facing a violation of probation detainer hearing over serious robbery charges. Mr. Kenny brought ten family members into the courtroom and demonstrated that our client was lawfully employed. The probation detainer was successfully lifted and probation continued, allowing our client to go home happily with his family.
