DUI Charges Dismissed in Philly

2019 03 05 Client was charged with the following offenses: 75 Pa.C.S. § 3802 DUI General Impairment/Incapable of driving safely; 75 Pa.C.S. § 1543 Driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked; and 35 Pa.C.S. § Intentional possession of a controlled substance by person not registered.
