Bankruptcy law-

US Bankruptcy Court, 900 Market St #400, Philadelphia PA. KBM client runs into financial woes and decides bankruptcy is the only option. After a consultation over her finances and options, client files Chapter 7. KBM advises for client to obtain credit counseling and financial management class and following obtains a complete discharge of her financial debts.

PFA/TRO law-

Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, 201 W. Front St, Media PA. Client hires lawyer Thomas D. Kenny of Kenny, Burns & McGill to defend against plaintiff’s motion to extend a PFA beyond its expiration date. Attorney Kenny defends the action and after a hearing Court denies Plaintiff’s motion.

Camden County Hall of Justice, 101 S 5th St, Camden NJ. Client hires Eileen Burns to protect her in defense of a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) filed against her by an ex. Attorney Burns is able to get the TRO dismissed.

Philadelphia Family Court, 1501 Arch St, Philadelphia PA. Client hires KBM to defend him in PFA defense from ex-wife who is claiming he is abusing the couple’s son. Attorney Joseph Piunti of KBM is able to obtain dismissal of the PFA in its entirely.

Federal court news-

US District Court, 601 Market St, Philadelphia, PA. Client hires Thomas Kenny of KBM to defend him in civil case over and assault and battery in SCI Chester. Client already had suffered a default judgment before he hires KBM. Attorney Kenny filed a motion to open judgment and after oral argument, court sides with KBM allowing client to defend his claim.

US District Court for the District of New Jersey, Cooper St, Camden NJ. Client faces civil lawsuit over a real estate deal gone bad. Client is sued for alleged damages stemming from a purchase of a restaurant/bar in Wildwood, New Jersey claiming buyer breached the agreement of sale. Client hires Eileen Burns of KBM to defend its rights in federal court. Attorney Burns successfully argues that the case doesn’t rise to the strict requirements of federal court and the trial court agrees dismissing the case from federal court.

Orphans Court-

Philadelphia City Hall, Philadelphia PA. Two clients hire KBM to open letters of administration in regards to estate matters, one for litigation and one for the purposes of disposing of real property.

Arbitration and Personal Injury results-

Court- Common Pleas Arbitration, 1880 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Philadelphia PA. Commercial Client facing lawsuit from another business alleged conversion and fraud claims hires Thomas Kenny of KBM claiming up to fifty-thousand dollars of damages. After trial Attorney Kenny is able to successfully defend client resulting in only a five hundred dollar judgment. A tremendous victory for commercial client.

Client who has his house stolen by forged deed hires KBM to get his house back.

Personal Injury Lawyer Eileen Burns is able to obtain Thirty-One Thousand Dollars ($31,000.00) in June for a total Three Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($328,300.00) in settlements for various clients suffering from car accidents and slip and falls for the year 2019 up to date. Great job Eileen!

Business news-

Overseas University client hires KBM to open a Philadelphia branch of its nursing school here in Philly. After much work, The Commonwealth of PA grants the educational license to client. Philly is the educational capital of the world!

Criminal Defense-

Bucks County Justice Center, 100 N Main St, Doylestown PA. Client facing gun charges for 18 Pa.C.S. § 6105 hires Thomas Kenny of KBM to fight the case. Attorney Kenny is able to get the charge dismissed.

Juanita Kidd Stout Center for Criminal Justice, 1301 Filbert St, Philadelphia, Pa.

-Client facing charges for felony straw gun charges hires Thomas Kenny to defend him. Attorney Kenny gets client released on house arrest.

-Client facing serious aggravated assault charges hires Thomas Kenny of KBM. Attorney Kenny is able to get client released to house arrest and allowed to go to work to support his family.

-Client facing multiple counts of rape under 18 Pa. C.S. § 3121 hires Thomas Kenny of KBM to defend him in the matter. After a contested bail motion, Attorney Kenny is able to secure only ten thousand dollars of bail after the Government argued for twenty thousand dollars bail. Client is able to go home.
