Four play- four clients go home

Four play-four clients go home. When clients go to jail it is the hardest thing for the client and his or her loved ones. Relationships end, homes and jobs are lost sometimes forever. Being forced to live in a less than desirable place and having someone tell you what to do all day is just the beginning of the challenges facing an inmate.

The following four clients hired Thomas Kenny, Philadelphia Criminal Lawyer of Kenny, Burns & McGill to fight for their freedom:

  1. Client is sentenced in 1990 for Rape and Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse and is given 20-40 of incarceration. Client reaches his minimum date in 2010 and is denied parole each and every year. Until this year that is, his family hires Attorney Kenny and his team files a parole package and after careful review by the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole, client gets paroled and is going home to his Mom! Great result for the man who hasn’t seen the outside world in this century.
  2. Client is charged with a very brutal attack on an former partner and is accused of breaking her orbital socket amongst other injuries. Client is incarcerated and is charged with Aggravated Assault a felony in the first degree among other charges. Client hires criminal lawyer Thomas Kenny and Kenny goes to work. After conducting a massive investigation, Attorney Kenny is able to determine many inconsistencies and problems with the Commonwealth’s case and is able to procure a probation plea to misdemeanors. Client goes home.
  3. Client is being charged with a Felony 2 Robbery and Conspiracy and is facing multiple years in jail. Client hires Philly Criminal Lawyer Thomas Kenny to fight her case and after Attorney Kenny calls the matter for trial, the Commonwealth cannot put their case on and is forced to withdraw all of the charges. Client walks.
  4. Client who is on probation and parole for possession with intent to deliver controlled substances picks up new charges stemming from the Riots that took place in Philly in 2020 and client was accused of breaking into a commercial pharmacy and cracking the store safe and stealing various cash and other items. After picking up the new charges, the Judge drops a detainer on the client and he is detained pending his open charges. Client hires Attorney Kenny to try to get his detainer lifted and Kenny comes through! Detainer is lifted while client still faces the open charges and gets released from prison on his detainer!
