House Arrest Success

Client was charged with Aggravated Assault (F1) Title 18 § 2702 §§A; Simple Assault (M2) Title 18 §2701 §§ A and Recklessly Endangering Another Person Title 18 § 2705. The standard range of sentence for an aggravated assault (F1) with the corresponding priors for the client was for 48-66 months plus or minus 12 of state incarceration.

Charges stemmed from a complainant receiving traumatic subdural hemorrhage with loss of consciousness and fractured neck during an Assault. Criminal Defense Lawyer Thomas Kenny of Kenny, Burns & McGill was hired to lead the defense.

At the Juanita Kidd Stout Center for Criminal Justice in Philadelphia, Attorney Kenny was able to obtain house arrest for client for the aggravated assault and avoid jail time while having the Reap and Simple Assault charges dismissed.
