One of our Philadelphia clients has been granted a full expungement of their criminal record, making it impossible for anyone to use that information against him in the future.
This client was originally charged with a number of crimes (including aggravated assault and simple assault). Several of the charges against him were dismissed, and he was granted admission into Philadelphia’s Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program for the others. Upon successful completion of his ARD requirements, his entire criminal record has been wiped clean.
If you have ever been charged with a crime, you know that your criminal record can follow you around for years. Even if you were found “not guilty,” employers and law enforcement agencies can still see a lot of sensitive information. Successfully obtaining an expungement is the best way to make sure that your criminal record does not keep you from getting ahead in life.
If you are interested in having your criminal record expunged, or if you need help with any other criminal defense matter, we can help. We answer the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
