Kenny, Burns & McGill is pleased to share a favorable court outcome secured by Attorney Eileen Burns for a client facing a Protection from Abuse (PFA) proceeding.
At a recent court appearance, the temporary order was vacated, and the action was withdrawn without prejudice at the plaintiff’s request. This brought the pending PFA action to a close and lifted the temporary order. The TEMPORARY ORDER in the above captioned matter is hereby VACATED and the action is WITHDRAWN without prejudice at plaintiff’s request.
To protect our client’s privacy, we are not sharing the client’s name, the case number, or the personal circumstances underlying the proceeding.
A Favorable Outcome, Accurately Described
This was a positive result for our client. It is also important to distinguish a withdrawal from a decision on the merits: the action was withdrawn without prejudice, rather than resolved through a judicial finding that the allegations were unfounded.
We congratulate Attorney Eileen Burns on securing this favorable outcome and are proud to recognize her work on behalf of our client.
