Client hires Thomas Kenny of Kenny, Burns & McGill to represent him on charges stemming from an alleged domestic assault. The charges were simple assault, harassment, and recklessly endangering another person. Kenny was able to get all charges dismissed today in Yeadon/Lansdowne district court.
