Client facing federal charges relating to possession of a “sawed-off” shotgun relating to charges in an indictment for Title 18 U.S. Code § 922(g)(1) (possession of a firearm by a felon) and Title 26 U.S. Code § § 5845(a), 5861(d), and 5871 (possession of a non-registered short barreled shotgun). The federal charges constituted a direct and technical violation of probation relating to theft charges in Montgomery County Courthouse located at 2 East Airy Street, Norristown, Montgomery County, PA. Client hired Kenny, Burns & McGill to help fight. Attorney Kenny of Kenny, Burns & McGill was able convince sentencing court to impose a sentence to run concurrent with the Federal matter. Great win for client!
