Client was charged with Aggravated Assault (F1) Title 18 § 2702 §§A; Simple Assault (M2) Title 18 §2701 §§ A and Recklessly Endangering Another Person Title 18 § 2705. The standard range of sentence for an aggravated assault (F1) with the corresponding priors for the client was for 48-66 months plus or minus 12 of state incarceration.
Charges stemmed from a complainant receiving traumatic subdural hemorrhage with loss of consciousness and fractured neck during an Assault. Criminal Defense Lawyer Thomas Kenny of Kenny, Burns & McGill was hired to lead the defense.
