On September 28, 2026, the Commonwealth entered a nolle prosequi on all six charges remaining against our client in a Philadelphia County criminal case: aggravated assault involving alleged serious bodily injury (first-degree felony); aggravated assault involving an alleged deadly weapon (second-degree felony); possession of an instrument of crime with intent and terroristic threats (first-degree misdemeanors); and simple assault and recklessly endangering another person (second-degree misdemeanors). A separate conspiracy charge (second-degree felony) had previously been dismissed for lack of evidence at the preliminary hearing; it was not among the six charges later nolle prossed. The court docket lists the case as closed.
Our firm represented the client. The disposition ended this prosecution without a trial verdict. Every case depends on its own facts and procedural history; this result does not guarantee a similar outcome in another matter.
