Client had a felony robbery domestic warrant in South Philly. The charges included: Robbery-Inflict Serious Bodily Injury 18 § 3701; Theft by unlawful taking- Movable property 18 § 3921; Receiving stolen property 18 § 3925; Terroristic Threats with the intention to terrorize another 18 § 2706; Simple assault 18 § 2701; and Recklessly endangering another person 18 § 2705. Client hired Thomas Kenny of Kenny, Burns & McGill to represent him on the turn in and bail hearing at the Juanita Kidd Stout Center for Criminal Justice. Attorney Kenny was able to procure a 12,000 dollar bail (10%) so client only had to post 1,200 to obtain freedom.
