Another client walked away a winner today in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. Kenny, Burns & McGill’s client, a truck driver, sued a vendor for failing to properly complete the transfer of a tractor tractor in accordance with the terms of their sales agreement.
Attorney Thomas Kenny prosecuted the civil claim in a full hearing on the matter. The court ultimately ruled in favor of our client for the full jurisdictional amount allowed by law.
