Client was serving probation sentence for drug offenses in Montgomery County, Norristown, PA when he incurred a new arrest in Philadelphia.
The Philly charges were: Attempted Burglary (F1) Title 18 § 901; Conspiracy (F1) Title 18 § 903; Attempted criminal trespass (F2) Title 18 § 901; and Criminal Mischief (M) Title 18 § 3304.
A probation detainer was lodged and client was taken into custody. Client’s family hired Criminal Defense Lawyer Thomas Kenny of Kenny, Burns & McGill to help.
Attorney Kenny was able to file a motion to lift detainer and requested to have the Gagnon 2 hearing and Court sentenced client to house arrest so he can rejoin his family.
