Title 18 § 3925 §§ A; Terroristic Threats with the intent to Terrorize Another Pa.C.S. Title 18 § 2706 §§ A1 (M1); Simple Assault Pa.C.S. Title 18 § 2701 §§ A(M2); Recklessly Endangering Another Person Pa.C.S. Title 18 § 2705 (M2).
