Client was being charged with the following offenses: Medicaid Fraud, 62 P.S. § 1407(a)(1),(4),(7),(9); Theft by Deception, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 3922(a); and Tampering with Public Records, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 4911(a)(1),(2). Client hired Thomas D. Kenny of Kenny, Burns & McGill to represent him before a grand jury, turn in and bail hearing. Attorney Kenny was able to secure ROR bail (released on your own recognizance) before bail commissioner at the Juanita Kidd Stout Center for Criminal Justice and client went home. 2019 03 28
