Client was charged with the following offenses: Stalking – Repeatedly Committing Acts to Cause fear Title 18 § 2709.1 §§ A1 (M1); Indecent Exposure Title 18 § 3127 §§ A (M2); Sell Obscene/Sexual Materials Title 18 § 5903 §§ A2 (M1); Invasion of Privacy – View, photograph, etc. without consent of a person Title 18 § 7507.1 §§ A1 (M1); and Harassment-follow in public place Title 18 § 2709 §§ A2 (S). Bail was set for $100,000.00. Client hired Thomas Kenny of Kenny, Burns & McGill to help represent him in this matter which was scheduled at the Bucks County Justice Center located at 100 N. Main Street, Doylestown PA on May 29, 2019 for trial. Attorney Kenny was able to negotiate the charges down to just the Indecent Exposure, Sell Obscene Materials, Stalking and Harassment. The Invasion of Privacy charge if convicted would have caused client to have to register for Megan’s law. With Invasion of Privacy and Megan’s law out of the way, Attorney Kenny was able to get his client probation on the remaining charges. Client will serve no jail time for the offense.
