A client of Kenny, Burns & McGill found out that he had an old warrant for a retail theft summary charge, 18 Pa. C.S.A. § 3929.
After hiring Thomas D. Kenny to represent him in the matter, Attorney Kenny was able to get the warrant lifted at the Juanita Kidd Stout Center for Criminal Justice.
